Animals and birds

Цели мероприятия:

1. Тренировка учащихся в употреблении лексики по данной тематике.

2. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.

3. Формировать актёрские навыки при исполнении стихов и сценки.

4. Повысить интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка.

Оборудование:

1.Оформление кабинета: рисунки животных и птиц; карточки со словами; карточки с именами животных для игры в «Поезд слов»; плакат с кроссвордом.

Ходмероприятия

T:Hello boys and girls! Pp: Hello teacher!

T: Nice to see you again!

Pp: Nice to see you too!

T: How are you today?

Pp: Fine. Thanks!

T: I’m very glad! . Let’s smile to each other and say “hello” to our guests. They all come to our party.

Pp: Good morning guests. We are glad to see you!
Today we shall have the English party and have a talk about “Animals and Birds”

Perhaps you know a few poems about them? What poems do you know?

1. 1. Дети по очереди читают стихи.

T: Thank you children. It was very pleasant to listen to the poems! You

know a lot of poems about animals. And now let’s sing the song

“The Safari Park”

1. 2. Детипоютпесню.

T:Thank you very much. You sing very well! Take your places. Now I’d like to see your knowledge of some birds. Read and translate, please!

1. 3. Дети по очереди читают и переводят слова (имена птиц).

T: Thank you boys and girls. Now let’s play a game “Words train”!

1. 4. Дети играют игру «Поезд слов».

T: And now our little plays. So “Three little kittens”.

1. 5. Дети играют небольшую сценку. Декорация в домике стол, стулья.

T:Well done! Now look at the board, please! And let’s check what animals and birds you know. Name them all together!

1. 6. Дети смотрят слайды и называют хором «Животных и Птиц»

Very good! You are very clever! You know a lot of animals and birds!

And now try to make up the sentences. What do these domestic animals eat? Use the table. Read your sentences.

1. 7. Дети составляют предложения, пользуясь таблицей на доске.

T:Well done! The animals we have at home are our pets. What pets do you know? Write down, please!

1. 8. Дети рисуют солнце и пишут на плакате по одному питомцу.

T: Nice work! Look! They are all pets! And now a little musical pause.

Get ready to sing the song “I feed and stroke my pet”.

T:Thank you. Look at the puzzle. Find and translate the words.

T: It’s interesting to know there are some proverbs and sayings with the names of some animals . Can you find English equivalents to Russian proverbs and sayings?

If you run after two hares , you will catch none.

1. 11. Дети рассказывают пословицы на английском.

T: Well done. You know that all domestic and wild animals have babies. What do we call… I want two pupils to do this task. Write down on the board. You are the winner.

1. 14. Игра «Кто знает больше?» Дети по очереди называют любое животное, не повторяясь дважды. Побеждает тот, кто знает больше животных.

T:Well, girls and boys. It’s very good that you know so much about animals, that you have pets at home and that you take care of them. But you must remember that animals and birds are our friends.
